The company specializes in manufacturing of Plastic and rubber based products.

The company is registered with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai, holding the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U25203MH2013PTC250785 with Authorised share capital of INR 6,50,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Six Crores Fifty Lakhs Only) and its Paid-up capital of INR 3,92,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Three crores Ninety two Lakhs Only). The company currently has four Directors namely Mr. Chetan Mansukhlal Doshi, Mr. Silvano Spiller, Mr. Jatinder Singh and Mr. Mauro Giacon.

On an application filed by C.M.P Industrie S.R.L (formerly known as CMP Industrie SPA) under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Court VI, Mumbai Bench has vide its Order dated 06.08.2026 in C.P. (IB) No. 1231/(MB)/2025 directed initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of CMP Euro Technoplast Private Limited and appointed Sumedha Management Solutions Private Limited an Insolvency Professional Entity registered with IBBI having registration number IBBI/IPE-0020/IPA-1/2022-23/50023 as the Interim Resolution Professional.
